OK Ballistics (Camp) Constitution

Amendment Ratification:

An amendment may be proposed and sent to the Camp for ratification by either:

The Camp Congress, whenever a two-thirds majority deem it necessary;
or A voting convention, called by Camp Congress for this purpose.
To become part of the Constitution, an amendment must be ratified by three-fourths of the voting members.

First Amendment to the OK Ballistics Constitution

Camp congress shall make no rule prohibiting the exercise of a free speech. Except where such speech would be predatory in nature, include racism, or threats.

Second Amendment to the OK Ballistics Constitution

Camp congress shall make no rule requiring users to interact with other members while conducting business.

Third Amendment to the OK Ballistics Constitution

Camp congress and voting members reserve the right to assemble and vote for the greater good of the Camp. If it is deemed necessary by a vote of three-fourths majority the user will receive a temporary suspension from activities at the camp for a duration to be determined at the time of offense. Subsequent offenses will result in permanent suspension from participation at the Camp.

OK Ballistics Rules of Conduct

  • Speech & Messaging (One (1) warning, removal from the Camp)
    • No Racism
      • Slurs.
      • Mentioning of "race problem" i.e. "That is a race problem".
    • No Genocidal Speech
      • Suggesting the partial or complete eradication of an entire group of people based on their race or beliefs.
    • No Pedophilia
      • Sexual speech regarding the attraction or predatory interaction with minors.
    • No Threats
      • Speech that hints at or is a direct threat with the intent to apply bodily harm to another user. Including private messages and public correspondence.
    • Speech not widely accepted the general population other than the above
      • Keep weird shit private. Users may add any number of participants to private chats outside of the public eye.

  • Conducting Business (One (1) warning, suspension of Classifieds, removal from the Camp)
    • Honesty is the best policy If you are dishonest, expect to get called out by users.
    • No messages which sole purpose stems from you disagreeing with how the user is conducting business. If you are unhappy with how a user has conducted business, sold to another user, removed listing, etc. Don't be a Karen. Move along and wait for the next one.

General Guidelines

We think these will be helpful in living a healthy life here at Camp. Regardless of the rules above...

  1. Be respectful, your mamma told you once already.
    1. We want to grow, so lets welcome whoever shares the love of pew pews.
    2. You may be a keyboard commando, but there might be an actual SOF on the other side.
  2. If you doxx prepare to receive swift escort off of the Camp.
    1. Your information will be retained for support of the authorities.
  3. Contribute as much as you can. This community will be as rich or poor as we want it to be. Don't gate keep, be a steward of firearm and other knowledge.
  4. Have fun, get out and shoot. Guns are fuckin awesome.
    1. Like... don't not shoot, ok?.
  5. Eat BBQ.

What can a user expect when an individual is suspended from the Camp?

  1. A community-wide communication of the suspension.
  2. A running log of suspended users will be publicly available at all times.
    1. It will list the suspended's user-name.
    2. It will list any warnings or logged actions against the user.
    3. It will list the ultimate reason for the suspension.
    4. It will list the duration of the suspension.
