Get a Tikka T3X and don't look back. You won't regret it and it's worth every penny. Even the cheap seats will be happy. All others, unless you spend $$$$$ are garbage - this includes Abolts, savages, rugers, bergaras, and whatever others. Only Win M70 or a R700 are close.

Sportsmans WH, PSA, and Buds have them as well as everyone else except Midway.
