For those of y’all who appendix carry, what would you recommend as the most comfortable/secure holster?

I don't think there are any holsters/guns that are comfortable as appendix carry. The fatter you are, the more comfortable it is I assume coz your jelly roll and FUDA absorb all the sharp points and mass.
However, I use an Eclipse holster. I've tried others but wasn't too satisfied. Small and great retention. It can be easily moved to the side, all across the front, and even moved to lumbar carry comfortably. I glued suede to the back of it so it's more comfortable.

I appreciate this. I’m not overly over weight, 5’-7” and 176lbs so there’s not a lot of belly over the belt. I can see setting or driving appendix not being too comfortable but other than that it should be fine.

That's how I carry most of the time. I find it decently comfortable except when driving. I can't say one brand is dramatically more comfy than another as long as they aren't cheap junk.

I actually find them more comfortable when in decent shape vs when packing an extra 20lbs.

Since I I'm taking it off and putting in on a lot, I usually don't opt for versions that have the piece that kicks the grip into your body for better concealment. I find those a little harder to get in and out. I usually opt for a pretty compact gun, so grip showing isn't usually a problem.
