FN Reflex XL MRD

Kind of figured it was only a matter of time before FN made the Reflex bigger. I have and carry the original non MRD Reflex daily. It's been nothing but excellent. I can't see myself buying this as it defeats the purpose of what the Reflex was originally intended for, but I welcome anything new. It will however give me an 18 rounder to stick in the truck and in my carry pouch v's a 15 rounder. That's a plus

How are magazine prices compared to Glock? The only thing I’ve branched out to is a CZP10C and it’s the best Glock 19 you can buy in my opinion but magazines are high priced. I’ve always wanted an FN but damn I kinda don’t want to stock other magazines.

They suck. 40ish for the 15 rounders. Reflex anyway.

The 509 mags are just as bad. If you can find a bunch of the FNX 9mm mags, get them and a 5 dollar floor plate. You have a 509 mag cheaper. I've amassed a .50 Cal ammo can full of them bitches that way

If you have as many as I think you do, I would. I don't think either is better or worse then the other, just better fit for me

I've become a bit of a fan of FN pistols over the past year or two. There are a few I'd like to pick up (like this one, maybe) but there's always something else I want more...and I have plenty of perfectly adequate handguns to fill my minimal needs these days. Not that 'need' has ever factored into the mathematics of buying a new gun.

And, yes...FN mags are ridiculously expensive.
