Bought this today on a very good deal. Cabelas sells them for $999. The one with Applied Ballistics software doesn’t have accurate atmospherics sometimes which I don’t need with my Kestrel

I almost bought that one, but ended up going with the Leupold. Almost 6 months of use and not 100% sure made the right choice lol

I will say that I've compared both (glass clarity only) in the field during heavy snow and could not choose a winner from that aspect.

I’ve been using a Sig K2000 for years but on bright sunny days or days with drizzle its performance is spotty at distance
