I ran across this last night:

It looks like a decent kit that covers care for yourself and for your knife in the event of a cut. It includes antiseptic wipes, antibiotic goo, and bandages to deal with your cuts, and Ballistol CLP wipes to clean your knife after you’ve fouled it with (your) highly corrosive blood.

They have a suitable level of smartassery, like so:

I'll say they have a pretty good business model if they're selling all those little overpriced kits. $18 for some band-aids in a heavy ziploc. Brilliant.

Thanks for the feedback. Like I said, I’d never heard of them before the other night. Since I sold my folks’ farm, I haven’t been working with equipment nearly as much, and I haven’t had nearly as much need to stop leaks, so I haven’t been keeping up with the price of bandaids. (Not that I’m squeamish about it, but blood is pretty dang corrosive, so I prefer to avoid bleeding on the equipment.)

Quick list for a booboo kit
some kind of small pouch. The BFG booboo kit is almost too small
Stretchy fabric bandaids several sizes includinga couple bigass ones (1"x1")
Small tube of Bacitracin (not neosporin or similar it causes reactions in some people, then idiots make tiktoks about how lethal is)
Alcohol wipes
Betadine wipes (can get at a med supply or online)
2x2 gauze
1" med tape
Tegaderm (can get at a med supply or online)

Optional/Additional to make your kit bigger
Steri strips (can get at a med supply or online)
Super glue
Tincture Benzoin (can get at a med supply or online)
Moleskin
4x4 gauze/bandage (can get at a med supply or online)
Cravat
Roll gauze (can get at a med supply or online)
100 mph tape
Sharpie

Add a TQ and/or a 6" oak stick and a 6" ACE wrap if you're around PTOs and chippers and you ain't got no sense
