My Medic Superskin bandages?

Any of y’all have any experience with My Medic Superskin bandages?

I usually use 3M Nexcare bandages because they’re super flexible, stick really well, and stay tight to the skin so they’re not catching on anything. I can’t tell you the number of times I’ve sprung a hydraulic leak on my arm or leg, stuck one of those Nexcares on there to plug it up (bleeding doesn’t bother me, but blood is highly corrosive to ferrous metals), then forgotten about it, only to find it a few days later, still stuck in place. That’s after multiple showers, sweatin’ like a whore in church while makin’ hay or working on vehicles, or you name it. They’re a good deal cheaper than these Superskin bandages, too—Walmart lists them at $3.27 for a 20-pack vs $7.95 for that 20-pack of Superskins at Neeve Knife Co. (They’re $9.95 at Amazon, but I don’t know how much Neeve charges for shipping, so Prime may make them cheaper.)

I’ll have to check out both brands I get blisters on my knuckles occasionally from welding and after it pops that wound sticks to my glove. I can’t get and bandaid to stay on when wearing gloves

Never heard of them. I might get a pack just to see why they're ~4x as much as fabric Band-aids, Nexcares, or generics. I think it's a marketing thing. That's a real thing lately, is to market stuff that's much more expensive with about the same performance as cheaper items but the grift is to give it pizazz like some vetbro or some obscure high end kit maker endorsement or something. They know people will spend money on it.

Just FYI, if your bandaids don't stick because of wear or sweat, you can use tincture of benzoin as a base before you put on your bandaid. You can use a square of a telfa pad too under moleskin (round the corners) and tincture of benzoin and it won't come off. If you have little first aid and booboo kits, you should always try to put some benzoin tincture swabs in it. Don't put it in the wound.

Additionally, superglue and steri-strips/butterflies are great for cuts, put the bandaid on top for protection.
