I have had the unfortunate privilege of dealing with customer service with stuff I bought. What are some companies that provide good customer service with less than a 10 minute phone call. So far for me has been. Warranty issues or missing part.
Hornady / warranty issues
Frankford Arsenal / warranty issue
Preferred Barrel Blanks / just needed help ordering a barrel.

Woox, got me what I needed. but could have been taken care of with a 10 minute phone call. Still a little salty about that. lol

I've had to use Vortex Warranty once in my life and it was a set of rings. One call and a new set were dropped shipped next day with a return label.

Sig has the best customer service return I'd say of anyone in the industry. At this point, they have it perfected to a T

Bergara a couple times. Once on my Premier barrel came loose in action with like 6 inch pounds of torque. They took care of it at no cost in about two weeks. Twice on a bottle metal. Their 65" pounds of recommend torque was too much. I own two Bergara's now and they will be the last.

Places I have never used:
Leupold
Harris
Triad
SAP

Those are my favorite ☝️

I had to use Sig customer service once and while they did eventually take care of me, I feel it took unnecessary effort. I had to go up the ladder a few rungs to finally get an RMA.

I used Ruger once, did not have much luck going through their online portal so finally got a phone number and called and the lady was like "oh hun you should have just called" and sent me the part I needed.

My dad’s dog rustled up a Sig2000 LRF and chewed it up a little (don’t have a clue where he got it or who it belonged to). They still worked great although I had to order a piece for it from Sig. One email and they sent the part free. Ended up giving it to my shooting buddy since I already had one.

Emailed Vortex for additional screws for a red dot. They sent them free of charge and included a hat as well.

Sent in a Leupold 3-9x40 for warranty work. It was easy but took a while to get it back.

Ruger is the only gun company one I’ve used and they were great every time. It’s always been simple, cheap stuff like springs and screws but they were free and fast.

I used leupold once too and they were great. Brother dropped a rifle out of a tree stand onto a rock and broke the reticle. Fixed it for free but I don’t recall the turnaround time.

Leopold replaced a scope, took about three weeks.

In early 90's Taurus "rebuilt" my 357mag I bought in 86', Say rebuilt, I think they just sent me a new one, turn around approx 8 months.

Glock repaired/rebuilt model22 that slide rear ear on grip broke off, had been out shooting it a lot, broke off sometime during that, it still functioned, didn't notice the broke/missing ear till disassembled to clean it, turn around approx 3 months.
