There's my driveway, it's hard red clay like concrete, until it rains hahahaha. I keep it fairly smooth with a boxblade.
When my trucks need maintenence I work on them where they're parked, unless it's more indepth work where I'm going to be laying under it longer than 30 minutes or so,
where the canopy & shed sit is a 20'x20' concrete pad, I just pull the vehicle where the canopy sits so I can lay on concrete instead of red dirt, grass or big red ants.
Ticks are everywhere, I spray the yard around the house and still get a few every nowandthen.
But yes,
takes a bit more umf' to roll the lowboy On grass or soft soil than it does on hard clay & concrete.
If I done more mechanic work like I did a long awhile ago & the badlands was priced 50% what it is, I would consider buying one, but priced where it is, it's near $200 higher than I would justify paying for it.
course an air driven hydraulic jack ought to be in my shed too, but can't justify one's price either since my present jacks only get used maybe several times a month.
