Harbor freight deals

Does it say if those prices will be good online also? That's the part that sucks living in the middle of nowhere, the closest Harbor Freight is an hour away and that's the only thing I would go for. Hopefully you can order it online at the sale price and just have it shipped.

Used my buddies ITC account to order my 3T Offroad Jack today. Pretty pumped. Shipping was cheaper than the fuel I'd use getting to a HF, and hoping they had it....let alone the time...and dealing with HF Black Friday mob.

Bunch of stuff on sale,

some decent sale priced stuff & lots meh.. not much off regular price.

Got me one of the biscuit joiners for $40 so I can play carpenter every nowandthen and not use dowel pins or drill kreg pockets for screws. Besides maybe one of these days after running boards through the thickness planer I can joint them even without having to sand the seam much if any.

Got another bauer random orbit sander for $20. So I can run courser grit in one and finer grit in the other. The one from several years back is still working fine.

Sure there is other stuff I'd want to get, but right now don't have need for it.

I got my Jack today, this thing is a beast. Feels like it's about 50% bigger than my Craftsman 3 ton Steel jack. I think it's going to work out very nicely on a rock driveway

Hell I stopped by hf for an extra jic 14" chopsaw disk & (cupoun says limit 4, but guess itc gets more) I got10 bags of the 8" zip ties, they're not the best, but hard to pass'm up @ $.98/bag.

Cool,

You might feel you need one of these cross braces next

I actually have one of these from a different jack, I'm assuming it will work on most of them. I have only ever had a use for it once or twice though.

I am however intrigued by something like this, when working on just one corner or side at a time, could use this instead of figuring out a jack stand out in the rocks also.

Hell yeah,

Brace safety block for the jack is pretty cool, it's like a safety pin on jackstands just in case the seal on the jack blows or some clown twists the jack's handle when you're under the vehicle.

I'm still just lifting vehicle & using jackstand(s) on lifts when I got to crawl under.

course I have used stacked blocks under frames & axles before I got jackstands and I've stacked couple tires top eachother & put under the front or rear wheels of vehicle(s), surprisingly stable, but don't recommend doing it.

Hell I've used factory & homemade cross braces that belonged to others while working on their vehicles but never owned one yet,

The hf one above goes on sale and they'll let me stack a % cupoun so price $40 or less then I'll buy one, but don't see my need of one at $70.

I know floor jacks are not super exciting, but I just rolled that new one out to the garage, through ice, snow and grass cutting through corners of the sidewalk etc, anything just rolled over everything. Utilized the handle lock to easily get it down my front porch stairs. Holy shit it's awesome. Compared to my traditional 3T Craftsman...
