Hot weather and rifles

I took my rifle out of my truck because I got in it to leave work the other day and it was about 150 degrees Fahrenheit in it. Does that much heat in a vehicle all day affect rifles with synthetic stocks or even AR’s?

Im guessing it varies greatly depending on the polymer used. I assume ARs have been withstanding the heat of the Mid-East for a long time and if it were an issue on those it would have been addressed. Civilian type stuff may be more prone, but 150 isnt that hot in the grand scheme of things. Think of all the plastic on your interior....
