New knife

I just got this yesterday. A green and tan Rift. A retired AF dude bought it at the BX and never did anything with it. I’ve been looking for a replacement because I had one and it got lost down in TX when we had beers one night with customers. I was sad. These were only sold at AAFES and discontinued and people are selling them on eBay for a small fortune.

That there’s a beauty! Good thing it’s yours and not mine. I have discovered a direct correlation between the amount I spend on a knife and the amount of time before I lose it.

I found a couple online that were around $100 marked down from $200. Sites look a little sketchy.

I'm a, if I lose it I'm sad until I replace it, kinda guy myself. What's really bad is I lose a lotta stuff.
