New. Never fired. This belonged to my father who saw mine, liked it, and had me order one for him. Sadly, he passed away in December. I'd keep it for myself, but I don't need 2. Comes with everything the pistol came with, originally. This was made prior to the 17rd Mags coming available. So, comes with 2x 15rd flush fit mags as well as all the other goodies in the box.
