This is why I keep mine in the gun case that goes to the range. You won't forget those if you attach them to the rifle
Unless you’re paying it, it’s just a slut of a bipod.Too poor to have multiple Atlas so I swap it around. Little whore of a bipod.
KurtM, aka Beverly HillbillyI shot a major 3-gun match with all my gear, pistol and mags held on with 3 wraps of sash cord from my truck toolbox. Seems someone didn't grab a belt before driving to Vegas.![]()
This forget could have been absolutely disastrous!!! Heading out to 3-gun Nationals, left Oklahoma very early, drove all day and got to Flagstaff just at dark. Said screw it I'm motel bound for the night. Checked in came out to park my truck, and grab my guns and range bag.. The tailgate was down and there on the tailgate sat my range bag, containing a bunch of ammo and my STI match pistol and magazines. I forgot to put it all the way into the bed and close the tailgate when I left OKC!!! Never even noticed when I stopped for fuel in Gallop!

When I was 16, dad and I hit some debris in the road near Rock River Wyoming. Blew a front tire. We pulled over to swap and noticed some stuff at the bottom of the shoulder.I don't remember where or from whom I heard it but, I heard a similar story of range to home. The ending wasn't as happy.
Might have been told here or at the other place. I don't remember anything except the rifle case was sitting up on a bed cover or something and got forgot. Retraced the route, but no joy. Seems like it was around Minco or Union City. Bad damn deal.
Years ago, a friend of mine told me about a similar incident. Seems a popo in (IIRC) SLC left an MP5 on the trunk of his car after clearing a scene, then drove off. They never did find that HK.Might have been told here or at the other place. I don't remember anything except the rifle case was sitting up on a bed cover or something and got forgot.
I remember that episode lol. That was a good oneYears ago, a friend of mine told me about a similar incident. Seems a popo in (IIRC) SLC left an MP5 on the trunk of his car after clearing a scene, then drove off. They never did find that HK.
One of Shawn Ryan’s guests was a drug officer in NC, and he talked about leaving his radio at the scene of a raid that he’d just cleared. He was listening to somebody cussing out the cops on the radio, thinking someone was really in trouble, when his phone rang and he discovered that it was his radio that was missing.
He said he went back to the scene, and some chick was dangling it by the antenna, going, “here, piggy, piggy, piggy.”
Seattle Police Did this on a few occasions. The former chief, who was anti 2A even managed to get this Block stolen from his car.Years ago, a friend of mine told me about a similar incident. Lost & foundI think "stolen" is a bit to forceful in this case..... Maybe "donated" would be a better description.![]()
