I’m always using a screwdriver and/or pliers, so I keep these on my person.
Milwaukee box cutter with Phillips/flat screwdriver (and bottle opener).
Wilde Tool water pump plier with cutter. This is the only water pump/channelock style plier I’ve found with a wire cutter. I wish Knipex would make one, but so far they haven’t to my knowledge. I do wish these were a little bigger, they’re a little dainty for my hand size and need a bit more jaw capacity, but for keeping in the pocket they do a good job. The cutter is nothing to write home about but does the job, and if I’m repairing fence I carry a Moore Maker fence plier.
