Bersa makes pretty good stuff and I don't know anything about this one other than what's in that little ad. Lots of good 1911s out there but I generally only buy Colts with an occasional Kimber, cuz that's what I like. But that's just me. I've had plenty of others in the past.

I remember when Charles Daly came out with an AR. It was really a nicely done gun with lots of nice touches. But they just didn't take off.

I dunno... Some of those guys are pretty cool. Entertaining if nothing else, like James Reeves. He cracks me up. I like Garand Thumb and Honest Outlaw, too. They at least try to be objective. Some guys just never find anything wrong with a gun and every one they get is the best gun ever. But I don't base my gun buys on what they say about a particular gun.

I’ve seen random people post unsubstantiated rumors and gossip about him, but nothing from anything approaching a reliable source.

Exactly. And I don't really give a rat's ass about the guy's personal life. I care about his videos simply because they're gun related and entertaining...most of the time.

I'm pretty particular about not letting anyone that knows my wife meet my girlfriend, and vice versa.

I've found that generally doesn't end well for anyone.
