Action rifle match at OKCGC 09/28/24

Action rifle match at OKCGC Saturday 09/28/24. Sign in at 9 start shooting at 10. Bring what ever and 200 rounds for carbine, or 100 rounds for big calibers.
Battle rifle calibers only need 1 hit to score 6.5 and larger....and no 762x39 isn't considered "Battle rifle" M1s,M-14s, FALs, G3s, AR-10...etc.

This was a great match, not just close range hosing, but mini targets and lots of 30-50 years offhand type shots and shooting on the move. For a bay type match it was actually a good test of practical field type shooting. Shot my M-1A....and all I got to say is we love our M-14s/M1As! Third place in "Battle rifle" shot an M1. As a lefty he was at a disadvantage loading enblocks, but he went and whipped several AR-10 shooter with scopes. Pretty cool to see the "battle queen" still rattle them off!!!!
