I do like that I can lift the bolt, pull the trigger and drop the bolt slowly releasing the firing pin. I hunt with it in his position while in a tree.

Edited to add: I will say, the trigger is fregging nice. It's heavier than my precision HMR's (They have TriggerTech™ in them) but there is zero creep or over travel. No pre-travel, just a soft slow squeeze.

That 60* throw is tits. Trigger should be able to go a bit lower if you prefer. Mine is right at 3.5 and very consistent. I bet yours is newer and probably the stock recall wouldn't apply (don't remember when the hells canyon came out)??? I have found that mine particularly likes pills pushed a bit harder than books publish.

I take it all back you don't need it I do. I just don't need another caliber.
