Frankford Intellidropper

I had my Frankford Arsenal intellidropper motor go out on me Saturday. Call up and they are sending me a new one. 10 min phone call and 2 emails. I get a new one coming to me. For a cheap auto powder dropper with a limited lifetime warranty. I have a hornady powder dropper too. I might keep both. Hornady warranty and customer service has been great to me also.

@conditionzero had an issue with is FA I think and they fixed him up pretty easy.

Yep super easy and fast replacement. I would prefer no issues but this is the next best thing lol

I couldn’t have the LED light turned on on my FART M-PRESS when I was dropping powder with my intellidropper. It would throw the wrong weight every time. Was weird as fuck.

I have one of their tumblers that took a dump on me last year, finally called them a few weeks ago and they replaced it for me.

I will agree with above, it would be nice to have no issues as the Lyman one that I've had significantly longer still runs fine and gets WAY more use (FA is a backup), it was good that they sent me a free replacement.
