Good for you. I decided a couple of weeks ago I wanted mine sharp so I started trying to call LaRue. Each time I would be 3rd or 4th in the queue so not wanting to wait long I just hung up and tried again a day or two later. Always the same result. When I saw your post about getting a sharp one, I tried again today to call them determined to wait until I got through. Seems now however, they are no longer taking phone calls and instead I just get a message to email CS.
I wanted to explain the situation to them and how you had been in contact with Mark about my knife and ask if they would send me a prepaid shipping label to return it for sharpening since I consider it their error.
