It’s an AW in 308 and no, I don’t own it now. It resides in a buddies safe. I do on occasion get to shoot it when he comes up from Texas.

He also owns the Jeff Chandler built M40A1 with the Leupold mark IV in the background of the photo.

Not anymore. It’s an original in ~43 caliber. I hunted with it years ago shooting a 40 cal ball and a really heavy cloth patch. It was good to about 50 yards. It’s now a safe queen.

Yes, he ran a short distance like a scalded dog when he got hit. A 180gr Berger does a number on antelope. His off side was a nasty mess.

I chose the outside bench (needed 25 for pistol) and got soaked. Garmin got soaked, but it still works thank God.
