I am traditionally a ribeye man, but the past year I’ve really been falling for NY Strips.
I’m at the point where I actually like them better than ribeyes, except for cowboy ribeyes. You can’t beat a 2 pound tomahawk, that’s burned on the outside and raw in the middle.I am traditionally a ribeye man, but the past year I’ve really been falling for NY Strips.
Looks amazing! What kind of antler tool is next to the Coors?
I forgot what it’s called, but it’s for flipping meat on a grill. So it’s a high tensile strength rod that’s shaped into a meat hook on the end and bedded into a chunk of antler for a handle. My brother got it for me; his in-laws down in Texas make them.Looks amazing! What kind of antler tool is next to the Coors?

I'm not allowed to make the canned stuff in the houseOh man it is untouchable. And I love the stuff in the can too, lol.
lol reminds me of when my best friends wife was pregnant, and she would hulk out on us when we were making spam at 5am for breakfast. This was roughly the same time that we thought we would be helpful by doing the dishes for her at 530.I'm not allowed to make the canned stuff in the house
My wife yelled at me for "cooking dog food"
