My only concern with hanging something off my rifle, is messing with the harmonics. If I planned to take the rifle out in the field with it attached I wouldn't care.

Or make a kit that comes with all of the adapters. In my past life I went through tonnage of aluminum extrusion. It’s not that expensive.

I’m sure we will see lots of options because it seems the Garmin is gonna take over.

If they hold true to the reports and my little experience, I believe you're correct. Hard to beat everything it provides. I love my V3. I don't love how I have to play Erector set each time I switch it to another rifle or that I have to get a true zero after load development
