Food & Stuff

That was one of the most labor intensive meals I’ve ever cooked on my blackstone. Absolutely hated making it.
It's not too bad now. I cook the meat and eggs then put them in a bowl, veggies the same. Then fry the rice and mix it all together.

Hardest part is maneuvering around 3 ankle biters who love food that falls from the sky

I figure everybody knows, but maybe not. How do you chop pounds of onions without shedding a tear? By using a sharp knife. Less of the juices that make you cry are sprayed into the air when you slice through the cell walls with a sharp knife, rather than crush the cell walls with a full knife. IMG_4077.jpeg

Doing OMAD this week. (One meal a day)

Today’s dinner was 3 eggs and a giant fucking ribeye. Almost couldn’t finish the ribeye but I pushed through. That fat was delicious and should hold me over until tomorrow evening.

My first attempt at Plov.
It turned out alright. Need some improvement I think.

Also had 4 celery sticks with peanut butter, covered in chia seeds, 1/4 cup of kimchi, 3oz of apple cider vinegar, and 4oz of kombucha around 530 when I broke my fast.

Faahhk that looks good man.

Its relatively simple, just several steps to make and def some trial and error. Lamb fat, non asian rice, fucktons of carrots and onions. Leg of lamb, cumin, garlic and a pepper. damn good. Sadly, the wife isnt a huge fan. She doesn't like the fat.

Did my cheeseburger sliders tonight. My son and wife love these.

Half white onion
1/8 stick of butter
