Grills, smokers, etc… what do you use?

What's left of the shoulder roast I grilled/smoked, I pulled it off grill and put in covered pot to rest a bit while I ran to store for some coke & 8 pack.

I get back and my woman got the roast sliced up & plated with slaw & home made yeast bread.

Told her I was gonna take a pic since the smoked/grilled roast was Goddamned pretty.

My son-in-law and daughters built me one of these for father's day a few years ago . . . it's VERY heavy and works great.

That’s one thing about them put it where it is going to stay so you don’t have to move it it will be there for my grandkids to use long after I’m gone

It'll be on the trailer with us when we move (whenever that happens) . . . but will be there for them after that.
